GIGS AND TICKET SALES

At Gigstager,we value our clients and help them access event tickets at ease.

However,concerning ticket purchase and usage,Here is a little of what you should know:

1.JUST ONE EVENT:Our tickets are only available for one events.Same tickets cannot be used for same Gigs event at another region.Nor can it be used for a recurring event.it is just one usage entry for Gigs event.

2.EVENT ANONYMITY: At Gigs,we register all our ticket purchase to reduce cases of anonymity.In essence,when our client purchase tickets,we register their phone numbers, name and picture(optional) during purchase  registration.

3.CHECK IN :During check in to venues or online events,Gigstager will perform a quick check to ensure the ticket details tally with the entry details.Client who are not able to prove entry details either through phone numbers,photo,or name ...may be delayed or denied entrance.

4.RULES AND REGULATION:There are different regulations as much as there are different events.Everyone is expected to comply with these regulations.Clients who fail to comply  with these regulations may be not be refunded their tickets,even when they are refused entry. Learn more about ticket refunds
