SAFE TRANSCATION WITH GIGSTAGER

We want to keep our customers happy and safe when transacting with Gigs.To that end,we want to show you how to book a gig.

STEP 1:INSTALL THE APP

The Gigs app is available on play store and can be download in any country Gigs operate .However,while only your country's Gigs app will be available to you,Also endeavour to download the gigs app which has your country's abbreviation suffixed to its name.e.g If John in Lagos,Nigeria wants to install the Gigs app,He searches on google play as :"Gigstager NG".

If Lucy in Acra ,Ghana wants to install the Gigs ,she searches for it as :"Gigstager GH".

STEP 2: VIEW ENTERTAINERS

When you open the Gigstager app,you will see the menu button at the top- left on your screen on the home page.

Click this three-line  icon and a menu will drop down like the image above.Click the second section  :VIEW ENTERTAINERS

You will be redirected to a sub-menu shown below:

Choose any entertainer section you find interesting .View performances,view this deliverables and you can contact us to know the size of their fan page.

STEP 3:BOOKINGS

At Gigs,we made sure that you enjoy seamless process when booking our entertainers.

First of all,Gigs have 3 booking channels.

1.Gigstager HQ and Gigs regional HQ:Through the app and website,You can reach Gigs HQ through the contact form.This procedure would require a little patience since Gigs HQ would have to redirect the request to the Gigs regional outlets in your residual country.The Gigs regional HQ would then escalate the request to Gigs outlet at your region.

2.Gigs outlet:Gigs outlet response is a little faster than the initial channel.however,Gigs outlet would require a little patience ,since the manager would have to redirect the request to a talent manager.Confirming a manager's availability requires a little patience.Don't you agree?

3.Talent managers:

Talent managers channel has been said to be the fastest and most effective channel due to its proactive approach.Gigs avail the contact,pictures,location and membership duration of our talent managers.

When you extend your request to a talent manager,the manager ensures that the gig is successful both during booking and performance.

Open the app-click MENU- click VIEW ENTERTAINERS-click TALENT MANAGERS.

SAFE TRANSACTION

Regardless of which channel you want to transact through,always pay into the Gigs bank account.Except on extreme situations, always prefer to transfer into Gigs account,while your talent manager follow up the payment.

Do not let anyone pressure you into doing otherwise.You can always reach us via our social channels,if you need any assistance.

Contact a manager.if no manager is available,contact the Gigs outlet closer to you.If the Gigs outlet is not available,contact Gigstager HQ
